1. In order to replicate this, you just add a keyboard layout Chinese (Simplified, PRC) - Microsoft Pinyin New Experience Input Style. Then open google.com, go to textbox, change your keyboard layout to China - Microsoft Pinyin New Experience Input Style.
2. Im using Microsoft Pinyin (MSPY), 'Microsoft Pinyin New Experience Input Style'. Just a question, is there any way to write chinese character plus the pinyin appear together, the chinese character.
3. Language Input Mynotebook was installed with Windows 7 plus Word 2010. When I chose to input in CH Chinese (Simplified, PRC), [Microsoft Pinyin New Experience Input Style], I can switch between Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese (I don’t know how to input Traditional Chinese using Microsoft Changjie or Quick).

Microsoft® Windows® CE .NET supports the Microsoft Pinyin (MSPY) Input Method Editor (IME) 2.0 for Simplified Chinese. The MSPY IME uses an intelligent, bigram-based language model. It is a sentence-based input method. When you use MSPY 2.0, you can select any one of three lexical databases. The larger the database, the more accurate its conversions.

Microsoft Pinyin New Experience Input Style

When using the Chinese New Experience Input Style IME on Windows, the IME window is not positioned next to the input field that has focus.

First configure for Chinese IME:

1. Control Panel->Region and Language->Keyboards and Languages->Change Keyboard
2. Choose Add..
3. Under Chinese (Simplified, PRC) expand Keyboard and select 'Chinese (Simplified) - Microsoft Pinyin New Experience Input St'
4. Click OK

Reproducing the problem:

1. Start cefclient.exe which goes to http://www.google.com to start with
2. Click in the search box
3. In the Language bar on the desktop, change the input language to Chinese
4. In cefclient, start typing some text
5. The IME window appears on the bottom of the screen

This was reproduced using the binary downlad cef_binary_3.2272.2077_windows64.

Recent versions of Chrome do not have this problem.
